Amy Bradley, Esq.
"I hired Allen Shinder to create a video presentation for my injured client in advance of a mediation with a large corporate entity.
Mr. Shinder was wonderful to work with on the project and understood how to best tell my client’s story.
From beginning to end, he collaborated with me to create a video that was extremely compelling and he helped tell my client’s story in a way that would not have been possible without Mr. Shinder’s work.
I highly recommend Mr. Shinder’s services."
Chris Whelan, Esq.

I cannot recommend Allen highly enough."
Courtney Harden, Esq.

I highly recommend him."
What are Videos for Litigation?
Settlement Videos
These are compelling legal videos that can show off your witnesses and demonstrate the power of your legal case.
Day In The Life Videos
These legal videos show how difficult simple everyday tasks can be for an injured victim. They also show what the injured victim had to go through to recover.
Documentary Videos
This legal video tells the story of who, what, where, when and why
it happened. It also tells what impact it had on family,
coworkers and friends.
Hello, my name is Allen Shinder. For over thirty years I have been producing legal videos for prominent attorneys in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. I am expanding to serve the entire East Coast.
These videos helped my clients win awards in excess of $ 410 million. Legal videos can mean the difference between a good verdict or settlement and a great one.
There is more to legal videos than recording and editing interviews. Unlike depositions, these videos tell stories. How that story is told on video determines how compelling and persuasive the video will be at trial, mediation or arbitration.
I have created hundreds of these legal videos. I have never had a litigation video thrown out of court or disallowed in arbitration or mediation.
When you deal with Videos for Litigation, you deal directly with me. I consult, write, shoot, and edit the videos myself.
If you never created a legal video, I will help you every step of the way. I am flexible in accommodating your needs.
I will not be happy with your video until YOU are.
In a settlement video I recently completed, there was no offer on the table. The defendant refused to accept any culpability prior to mediation. After seeing the settlement video, the CEO of the company not only acknowledged responsibility, he paid $ 250,000 in damages.

Why Video?
The visual nature of video transcends the limitations of traditional evidence, providing a compelling narrative that resonates with juries and judges alike. This medium captures not just the facts of a case but also the emotional weight of human experiences, making it a powerful ally in the quest for justice.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions by Personal Injury Lawyers
What types of legal cases have you done videos for?
• Medical Malpractice • Brain Damage • Fires and Burns • Nursing Home Negligence
• Truck and Bus Accidents • Auto Accidents • Bicycle Accidents • Premises Liability
• Products Liability • Workers Comp • Spinal Cord Injuries • and many others
I've never done this before can you help me?
Yes, definitely. I have developed tools that will help you clearly see your client's injuries and their impact on their daily lives. I have even developed questions for interviews. I will guide you through the entire process until you are happy with the video we produce together. I can also show you videos relevant to your case that I have done in the past that will help you understand how we put it all together.
I will also help you determine whether or not a video is appropriate for your case.
I haven't had much luck doing these videos. Why do you think I will have better luck with you?
Luck has little to do with it.
1. I have successfully produced hundreds of these videos bringing in over $ 406 Million for my clients.
2. I am familiar with the rules of evidence.
3. I know what works and what doesn't. One of the main reasons for creating one of these videos is to show the pain, the
suffering and the frustration of your client. This helps humanize your case and develop empathy for your client and their
struggles.
4. I have never had a legal video thrown out of court or disallowed in arbitration
5. There are many subtle psychological aspects to these videos. Knowing where to draw the line is a major part of this. The number
one objection to these types of videos is that they are inflammatory.
6. Another objection is that the video is too slick. The legal videos I create are definitely professional but not over the top slick.
There is a delicate balance between slick and polished.
7. I will NEVER put anything in the legal video that the other side can use against you.
I am not only interested in the strength of your case but the strength of the defendant's argument. The focus of the video is your
case but I work hard trying to put in as much against their claim as possible.
How much will it cost?
I will do everything on my part to keep the costs within reason. Call 571-332-5946 for a realistic estimate.
